CEO
Sam has been a CPA since 1973, and is well-versed in all aspects of accounting, including tax, audit, accounting services and management advisory services. Sam has also served as CFO for two oilfield service companies, and four public reporting companies. For the past 20 years, Sam has been heavily involved in all aspects of administration and finance, including planning and problem resolution.
DILSON RODRIGUES
VP of Engineering and International Sales Director
Dilson has an MBA and a Mechanical Engineering degree. He has extensive experience with developing robotics, which has been instrumental in his design of industry-leading switch machine technology. Dilson also manages international sales. He successfully develops customer relations in many countries, because he fluently speaks four languages and knows the international rail market like the back of his hand.


RON MARTIN
VP of Sales
Ron has been in the rail industry for over 35 years and has held positions in Sales, Management and as an Executive. Working with start-ups and established companies, Ron has been instrumental in bringing new and industry-changing disruptive technologies to the industry in several positions. The relationships and trust he’s established over the years have led to many successes in bringing those technologies to market and making the industry safer and more efficient.
AARON BEAMAN
General Manager of Operations
Aaron holds a degree in Agriculture Systems Management from Texas A&M University. The knowledge gained through this degree program, and years of experience in the rail industry is instrumental to the success at ARS. He has developed great relationships with many customers over the years, and is passionate about exceeding customer expectations.


MICHAEL MINOR
Director of Application Design and Engineering
Michael has over 15 years of experience with development and application of railway automation technologies. His ability to bridge the divide between available technologies and each customers unique requirements is a key factor in overall project performance across the board.
JOE VITALE
Assistant Vice President of Sales
Joe has 18 years experience in the railway automation industry. After finishing the University of Michigan with an Electrical Engineering degree, Joe began his career with the Union Pacific Railroad. After 8 years, Joe joined 3Z Automation, a hump yard software company, as the system designer and project manager. Joe Joined Advanced Rail Systems June 1st,2021 and is working in sales for both class 1 railroads and short-line railroads.
